SHIPPING

We use A DPD to send out all our orders, DPD is a courier company, who provide a secure system of delivery. Once your package has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number, which will enable you to check on the delivery status of your order. We also offer shipping to multiple addresses, all of which can be stored in your personal account to facilitate payment.

Please note that we are unable to deliver on Saturdays and Sundays: any order placed after 15.00 (GMT) on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

 


 

TAXES AND DUTIES

We ship to all countries in the world on the understanding that the customer will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged when the package reaches your country. For further information, we suggest you contact your local customs office or email: sales@miminat.co.uk

 

Please note that UK VAT, set at 20%, is included on all products and where applicable, shown on your invoice. 


 

DELIVERY TERMS

Please note that while we always aim to deliver your product within the indicated dates, we cannot be held responsible for delays to any deliveries. Reasons for delay may be due to payment authorisation, stock availability or international customs clearance.

 

Customers must be present to sign for their deliveries - we recommend you ship your items to a work / office address if you will not be at home around the time of delivery. For this reason, we are also unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. We are unable to redirect shipments once they have been dispatched.

 

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Out of Stock: if an item is out of stock, a pop-up will notify you when you attempt to add the item to your shopping bag. Please email us with the item details & we will contact you when the item is back in stock.

 

 

 

 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

 

If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your purchase from this site, we will accept merchandise for a refund or merchandise credit under the following conditions:

 

  • All return and exchange requests must be submitted in writing to sales@miminat.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

 

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging. Any damaged, used, or altered returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

 

  • Returns must be received no later than 30 days after the initial date of delivery.

 

 

  • We recommend shipping merchandise for return via FedEx or UPS for tracking purposes. We also recommend that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.

 

  • Gift Returns may be exchanged for product. You must include your gift receipt or packing slip in the return. If your requested exchange item is of greater value than the original gift receipt, you are responsible for the difference.

 

  • All furniture, custom-made, exclusive, limited-edition and sale items may not be refunded or exchanged.

 

  • We do not accept unauthorized returns.

 

  • Please note, refunds and credits will only be issued after the item is delivered to our warehouse. This may take 3 – 5 business days upon receipt of the returned product.

 

  • International refunds will be paid in the same currency as purchase.

 

  • Shipping charges and duties will not be refunded, except for manufacturing defects or damages.

 

  • These instructions must be followed exactly and any failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please contact us.

Complete Your Return or Exchange:

  1. Obtain a Return Authorization, please contact Customer Service by email at sales@miminat.co.uk

  2. Please pack the product in the same way you received it, using sufficient bubble wrap, foam or paper cushions for delicate pieces.
